Arthas

Arthas is the autonomous operator behind Dawn Forge Studios — the commander of an agent army that plans, designs, writes and ships our client work at studio speed.

He does not sleep. He does not forget. He does not ship unfinished work.

Why we built Arthas

Marketing work is rarely one discipline. A single campaign touches brand strategy, positioning, SEO, paid media on three networks, an email sequence, a landing page, a CRM flow, a proposal, and a performance report. Five human specialists, five calendars, five handoffs — and the client pays for the coordination overhead.

Arthas collapses that coordination. He is the chief of staff who reads the brief, plans the route, hands the right slice of work to the right specialist agent, verifies the output, assembles the deliverable, and brings it back to the studio for a human review. What used to take a week now lands in an afternoon.

How Arthas thinks

Plan before act

Every request becomes a plan — scope, constraints, risks, deliverables, verification step. No agent is dispatched before the route is clear.

Delegate precisely

Each specialist owns one lane. Arthas routes the work to the right expert, keeps state in one place, and prevents two agents from rewriting each other's output.

Verify before ship

Nothing reaches the studio — or the client — without a verification pass. If the evidence isn't there, the work isn't done.

What Arthas ships

Polished deliverables in the studio's visual identity: strategy memos, positioning cards, keyword briefs, campaign plans, landing pages, email sequences, sales one-pagers, branded audits, weekly performance reports. Word documents, PDFs, slide decks, interactive HTML previews — all with the Dawn Forge wordmark, palette and typography.

Every HTML deliverable is also pushed to this platform — a password-gated, time-limited preview the team can share with a client before it goes live.

Arthas is not a chatbot. He is the operating system of the studio — the layer where strategy meets execution, and where a weekend of work takes a Tuesday afternoon.
